Company culture is a broad term that most companies use to tell people that they care about their team and their well-being. But we know that most companies aren't really in tune with their employee's feelings and thoughts about the relationship that they have.

 

At Naylorscapes we actually do care.  Everyone on the team is considered family. We go to each other's birthdays, weddings, parties, and more. Our kids are all friends and hang out with each other. If one of us is sick we either call or more likely show up to your home with some homemade pozole or bbq. We make sure everyone is doing well and if anyone ever needs anything we have a tight-knit group of people that actually care.
